When your tenant is getting a good job, you know your rent collection rate will be good. However, many people struggle to have a high salary job even with a fairly high stats.
Factors affecting job career:
1. The most determining factor which affect your job career is the school they enrolled. For example, when comparing a Lugman Tech alumni (all higher stats) with a Literati Uni alumni (all lower stats), the aspiration for a job for the Literati Uni alumni is definitely higher than Lugman Tech alumni despite their higher stats.
2. And of course higher stats will give you a higher odds to obtain a high salary job.
3. It depends on your tenants' specialty too. For example, tenant A (specialty is cooking) and tenant B (specialty is fashion) are interviewing for beautician, a job which required '99 fashion' to unlock. Both are Literati Uni alumni and both have similar stats. In this case, it is undoubtedly tenant B will have a higher chance compared to tenant A.
4. Once your level of a job increases, the odds of other tenants getting the job is increases as well.
5. To be concluded, time is the only factor to get a good job. You need time to unlock job and school, develop specialty and nice stats. That's why your mostly of your tenants will get a fairly good job in the late game.

1. Use a 'rare job pass' on a tenant will give you an higher probability for getting a high salary job.
